One hour, individually tailored Pilates sessions are the perfect way to learn the Pilates method. Pilates is a very specific, unique way of training one's body that requires precision and attention to detail that is best learned one-on-one. Utilizing the various apparatus invented by Joseph Pilates, such as the Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Reformer, your instructor will guide you through the exercises so that you can develop the proper form and technique that will allow you to get the most out of your practice. Ideal for those with injuries or acute back or joint pain, or simply those wishing to focus exclusively on their own practice, private sessions give you the tools to bring your body back into proper alignment and functional body mechanics so you can live and move better in your body.

Aerial Fitness Private Session
$75 single, $700 10-pack (Expires 6 months), Intro to Aerial Special $100 for 2 privates (Expires 3 months)
Gain strength and flexibility with a one hour private lesson on the aerial hammock, combining elements of Pilates, TRX suspension training, barre, and yoga. You will experience inversion and lengthening of the spine in suspension, challenge your proprioception and balance, condition your whole body with low-impact cardiovascular movement, and release muscles and fascia with the aid of the hammock.
In addition to being a certified Pilates instructor, Jennifer Johanneson was a professional aerialist, helping to get Xelias Aerial Arts Performing Company and School off the ground as a coach and performer from 2001-2006. Love of aerial lead her to create this fun and challenging workout which is accessible to all bodies through emphasis on functional movement and form, and tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.

Duos are a great way to experience Pilates without the expense of a private session or the unknowns of a group class. You and your spouse, friend, co-worker or significant other can spend some quality time together while building strength, flexibility and balance into your bodies.

Reformer Classes are classic Pilates at its best. This is the most popular piece of equipment for a reason. Its unique resistance properties, coupled with the gliding fluidity of the movements enable you to tone, align, balance… to REFORM your body. The fundamentals of form and breath are always addressed, but the choreography is always changing so the classes are never repetitive or boring. Leave each class feeling longer, taller and more centered than you ever imagined possible. Classes are limited to four people.
Jump Board Classes take your Pilates workout to another level. Fast-paced and very challenging, the cardio jump board is a fantastic way to elevate your heart rate and get your sweat on, all while working your core and building your coordination skills. Classes are limited to four people.
