Private Sessions

Our 55-minute, individually tailored private sessions are the perfect way to learn the Pilates method. With Pilates being a specific, unique way of training the body, our one-on-one sessions ensure that you receive the precision and attention to detail needed to master the technique. Utilizing various apparatus, such as the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Reformer, our expert instructors guide you through each exercise, ensuring that you develop proper form and technique to maximize your practice. Private sessions are ideal for those with injuries, acute back or joint pain, or those looking to focus exclusively on their practice. With private sessions, you'll receive the tools necessary to bring your body back into proper alignment and functional body mechanics, so you can move better and live better in your body.better in your body.

Senior Instructor: $90 single/$440 5-pack/$850 10-pack

Certified Instructor: $80 single/$390 5-pack/$750 10-pack

Apprentice Instructor: $65 single (no package discounts)

Duo and Trio Sessions              

Experience Pilates with a friend or loved one in our Duos and Trios classes. These classes offer an affordable way to enjoy the benefits of Pilates without the expense of a private session or the unknowns of a group class. Whether you come with your spouse, teenager, significant other, roommate, or neighbor, our expert instructors will guide you through exercises that build strength, flexibility, and balance into your bodies. These classes offer an excellent opportunity to spend quality time together while achieving your health and wellness goals.

Duos: $110 single/$540 5-pack/$1050 10-pack

Trios: $150 single/$720 5-pack/$1350 10-pack

The Fine Print

  • All services and classes at Pilates Underground must be prepaid to secure your reservation.

  • All sales are final.

  • All sessions/packages expire 6 months after purchase, unless arrangements to extend are made prior to expiration.

  • All services and classes at Pilates Underground require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid class or service credit.

  • In the event you need to cancel outside the 24 hour window, your prepaid class or session will be credited to your account for future use. We are unable to offer refunds.
